Protists and Fungi
It is Chapter 11 in our textbook.
These are our assignments for this chapter:
-Chapter 11 Reading Guide and Crossword
-Chapter 11 Review Questions
-Mushroom Dissection
-Fungi and Protist Picture Books
I am planning on conducting our mushroom dissection on Thursday. So on Thursday, students will need to wear closed toed shoes, no long jewelry, and long hair needs to be pulled back.
The fungi and protist picture books will include the information about the different kinds of fungi and protists, including why are they in those groups, what do they look like, and what do we call them. We will be working on these on Wednesday. Students will need their colored pencils or markers for this assignment.
We will have a chapter quiz on Friday.
See my website for more details, digital copies of assignments, study guides, and classroom lecture notes.
More coming soon!!!!
